Terrible experience, the staff could’ve checked my insurance when she called to confirm and didn’t. Wasted my time on a Saturday when I could’ve found another provider.
Most of the staff and patients were all Armenian or similar ethnicity, the staff and patients were all speaking in the same language not English.
Very little space to sit, I had to stand.
Unclear directions on where to park.
It was very uncomfortable, I felt out of place and as if because I wasn’t the same or similar ethnicity they seemed to not be able to help me anymore.

So clear and so kind, also very efficient. Doctor Bagdasarian is an excellent doctor and makes dentist appointments not so scary. Additionally the majority of the staff spoke Russian, so if you might be looking for that, definitely book with them!

Super sweet! Dr. Lilit took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was well-informed about the state of my teeth. While the wait time was a bit longer than expected (which is understandable as a new patient), the overall experience was excellent. I absolutely loved Dr. Lilit’s office and would highly recommend it!

We had scheduled appointments for both myself and my wife, but unfortunately, the staff treated my wife with extreme disrespect and rudeness, even before starting my appointment. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, like we were in the wrong place. We have never experienced such unprofessional behavior before and were shocked by the staff's demeanor. But the receptionist was nice

Doctor Lilit and her team were very helpful and kind! I had a bit of an appointment interference occur shortly before my arrival to the office and the receptionist completely went out of her way to assist with my situation so I could complete my x-rays and root canal evaluation. Highly recommend to anyone searching for quality dental care :)

The best dentist office I have ever been to in my life. She was SO professional, caring, and detailed. Everyone in the office is exceptionally attentive and very kind. I don't like going to the dentist, but they make my time there so enjoyable. They don't upsell, and they don't lie to you about what needs to be done. They are very fair with pricing, and Dr. Lilit even fixed small mistakes made by another dentist, for free! I don't want you to go here because then it will be hard to make an appointment, but, GO HERE!
