Waited 40 minutes was never seen. They called me an hour later to ask if I would come back. I just wish they would have communicated why it took so long when I was there

We waited almost a whole hour after being 10 minutes early to the video appointment and received no correspondence. I also tried to call the office and it went directly to voicemail so I left a message.
