Crystal was understanding, communicative & professional yet personal. I appreciate her approach & the way she went about making sure things are done right, while also respecting me not only as a patient, but as a person too. She was very attentive & is making sure to dig deep down to understand the causes to my illness' & how they should be treated & that is exactly what I am looking for in a provider. Both Crystal & the nice the people who work at the office were very understanding & forgiving with the technical difficulties I was experiencing at the start of our appointment, alongside helping me after my appointment as well by answering some questions & things I forgot to say during my appointment & communicating with me to make sure everything was answered.
