Your first visit through Zocdoc is designed to establish care and understand your unique health needs. After your initial appointment, ongoing care is provided through LilyPad Health, where you'll receive personalized follow-up and continuity of care from a provider who truly knows you. Self-Pay Pricing New Patient Visit: $120 Follow-Up Visit: $75 If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, we're happy to provide a superbill after your visit that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
