Limestone Hills Orthodontics is a boutique, doctor-owned orthodontic practice in Northwest Austin led by Dr. Rodrigo Viecilli — the only board-certified PhD orthodontist in the city.
Dr. Viecilli holds a PhD in Orthodontic Biomechanics from Indiana University, has treated over 5,000 braces and aligner cases since 2000, and is the inventor of SmartArch™ — a patented variable-stiffness archwire manufactured by Ormco that delivers up to 40% faster treatment than conventional wires. He is the only orthodontist in the world who uses the technology he personally created.
His credentials include the Milo Hellman Award (the American Association of Orthodontists' highest research honor), 27+ peer-reviewed publications with 900+ academic citations, and active teaching appointments at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.
