I really enjoyed meeting with Dan. I feel he will be able to help me by using a variety of methods to deal with my stress and anxiety. He was easy to talk to and I really appreciate how he creates a plan to help you not to keep you in talk therapy forever with no results but to find solutions and help you work through whatever you are struggling with so talk therapy comes to an end when appropriate. I’m just starting with him but I feel strongly the results will be positive.

Dan is awesome! I am so happy I found him for couples therapy. He asks the important questions and addresses past trauma/family styles/attachment styles. He makes sure each individual is seen and heard. We are looking forward to more appointments with him!

I am so thankful for this counselor. Dan Banaitis is incredibly down to earth and very easy to talk to! He is incredibly professional, but very easy going and quickly built a safe counseling environment. After working with Mr. B for nearly a year, I would recommend him to my closest friends and family. He helped me to see the humanity in my struggles. Dan regularly provides me with valuable counseling, as well as outside readings and resources for me to explore.
