Doctor was extremely unprofessional and rude. He refused to treat me because I had selected a cosmetic dentist to place my implants. When he offered to do them and I refused. He then told me “I don’t do patch work”. I don’t know when routine cleanings and fillings became “patch work” but okay. Complete waste of time. Choose someone who takes the Hippocratic oath seriously.

Believe it or not I just Dr. Hirant Bicakci two weekend from looking up his reviews maybe choice him. However, I would rate Dr, Bicakci 12 stars this Doctor here is a wisdom tooth specialist for real. He pulled all for my wisdom tooth without any pain barley any pressure he took his time with me to make sure I was total comfortable

I went in because I have been having bad pressure pain and no other doctors could help me. He seemed very concerned and urged me to do a CT scan right away there and assured me he would send it out to other doctors as well. Besides the work that I do need done on my teeth, he was persistent to help find where this other pain is coming from! Highly recommend!

The service from this dental center is amazing. The dental assistants, especially the dentists are very polite and nice when it comes to having one on one consultation. The atmosphere is amazing. The dentist advices you what more can you do to improve your dental hygiene but as well everyone in the dental center are amazing and very cooperative with your service. I recommend everyone to come to this dental center because its worth the try of this great assistance and service you get from everyone working there.

Even though I eventually moved further away from Pulaski, I still come back to Midway Square Dental because of the professionalism and service I have continued to receive here over the years. I find them to be very organized (they will make reminder calls in case you forgot you had an upcoming appointment) are very thorough (I was offered a video to watch on my first appointment) and very friendly as well. You probably wouldn't think there was a place like this tucked away on the corner, but you might be pleasantly surprised.

Had my teeth cleaned a month ago by Dr. Nihal Backci. It was very well done and professional. Suggested I get my wisdom teeth taken out for better overall dental health. They worked with me on getting a time where I wouldn't miss work. They are great for people who work 9-5 like me, because they have later hours. Dr. Ozdemir Bicakci did the extraction on my wisdom teeth. He was very professional and did a great job on making me feel comfortable during a very stressful surgery. They even called me Monday morning to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Doctor Nihal Bicakci is very good and experienced. I was literally afraid and hated going to the dentist but that was before I met her. Once I started going to see doctor Nihal and her husband, they changed my bad apprehension about dentists and I'm no longer anxious when going to see the dentist. Upon my arrival which was minutes early than my appointment I was immediately greeted by name and seen. Professional bed side manners of dentist and assisting nurse put me at ease.
Dr. Bicakci was great and took care of me and they offered a few different treatment plans to find a way to pay for my care that worked for me and was covered by my insurance. Everyone at Lincoln Dental care was professional and friendly and very accomodating.

After we refused to do the full set X-ray as we already did it in Feb 2014. The doctor showed up and only examined me by looking into my mouth in seconds. She did not look into my husband mouth even. Then she said if you wanna be my patient we need to have an x-ray done . We asked about cleaning and she said no cleaning and that is it for consult visit you can come back for cleaning seriously ?? I felt we were treated as source of money not a patient at all. Thanks god we knew this before we go for anything in this service. Btw we came in 10 min earlier than our appointment and we also filled all the papers online before we come. With all this we waited about 1 hour before someone came to us for the full X-ray .
