Hi! I'm Lindsay. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been in the field of Social Work for the past thirteen years. I have worked in a multitude of settings. I have worked with children as young as 4-5 years of age to older adults in their 70s. I have been working in telehealth medicine since December of 2019. My main focus has been anxiety disorders, but I also work with those experiencing symptoms of depression, stress, family issues/concerns, and relationship problems. Empowerment is such an important tool I like to utilize in my private practice. I like to work in solution focused lens, and be able to look deeper into what has led you to the here and now. Life is a journey and so is the treatment to get you to your end goal! Those who work with me should be able to take a deeper look into their behaviors, with more understanding and care for themselves.
