Lindsey Hernandez Counseling

I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel truly heard and empowered. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, meaning we work together to identify the tools you already possess while building new ones. As an EMDR Certified therapist, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to help clients process trauma at a pace that feels right for them. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide practical, evidence-based solutions for managing thoughts and behaviors.
