I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Board Certified Art Therapist, and my approach is strength based and client centered. Although I mostly use a cognitive behavioral framework, art therapy is something special I offer to my clients and believe it can be a powerful and unique way to process emotions and experiences. If you have been in therapy before, or this is your first experience, I will create a safe space for you. I have walked with individuals on their personal journeys of self-discovery and change for the past 23 years. Regardless of your concerns or clinical issues, we will work through them together, and your journey will be individually and uniquely created to meet your needs and goals.
