I have been practicing counseling for over 30 years, using treatment modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotional freedom Therapy and Trauma informed Therapy. I have worked in Inpatient departments and Emergency Departments before going into Private Practice and find my distinct point it that my patients grow and increase their peace while learning the skills to communicate, get their needs met, feel purpose, joy and a sense of control. I am highly engaged and listen with validation and gently guide you to parts unseen creating a change in the way you see the world, moving away from fear and helplessness towards being able to create what you really want.
