I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who starts with the posture that you are the expert on your story and my job is provide a conversational space where you can explore and begin to enact new possibilities for your life. Maybe you are depressed or anxious, maybe you are experiences the aftershocks of a traumatic experience. Whatever you are experiencing, through therapy with me you will find a safe, consistent, non-judgemental space where you get to explore and process your experiences, get relief from what is hurting, and begin to live the life you want to be living.
