This was my first visit to Dr. Li, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The office was spotless and clean. They’ve got all the latest technology, even a VR-style headset that made part of the exam feel like a video game!
Dr. Li explained everything clearly and made sure to check every detail. The whole exam felt super thorough. Appointments were right on time, and the doctor’s friendly personality made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free.
Overall, it was a positive experience. I’m very happy I booked my appointment here, and I would highly recommend Dr. Li to anyone looking for great care.

Dr. Li listened to my unique situation with understanding and offered very helpful medical advice, educating me kindly kiwith each question I had. He addressed every concern and helped me come up with solutions and plan next steps. Not only this, but his front desk is very kind as well, and the center is super clean. Highly recommend!

Doc had great bedside manner and listened to all my worries. I would come back. The selection of glasses was a bit limited. The prices are clear cut and they have a list for that so it's easy to know what I am paying.

The office/store was very clean. I was welcomed immediately and asked to fill out forms (new patient). The doctor was kind and communicates very well. He knows what he’s talking about. My appointment was quick and easy! I would recommend him to all my friends.

The girl who did the initial eye puff test forgot to ask me to remove my contacts first. I had to remind her based on my previous exams elsewhere. She seemed a bit inexperienced, but the optometrist himself was great and very knowledgeable. I looked at frames while I waited a bit for optometrist. I was a bit early to fill out my new patient paperwork. Felt like valet service, holding a tray next to me while I tried on frames. Then they would go on the trays to get cleaned instead of putting them back on the wall. Everything else in office was pretty clean and quick. Even waited patiently as I took a phone call. Very well mannered. Not crowded, busy or overbooked like a lot of other places.

A brand new office that is clean and staffed with welcoming office assistant and an expert optometrist who is efficient and NOT looking to force you to buy new glasses/contacts just for financial gains. My appointment was at 1pm and I was out by 1:30pm!
