Dr. Ross, although he's a nurse practitioner... was terrific. He immediately followed up on his hunch, and he was 100% correct. Wonderful explanation of my heart issue, and sent me to hospital in pro manner, not panicked, and it was 1000% the right call. I felt helpless when I woke up today but this clinic exceeded all of my expectations. I can’t wait to be back to normal but thank God the provider was listening and very transparent about my condition. I forgot the doctor names but I will never forget her quick action to help me. I was told I was going to be sent information to do a video visit and the information that was sent so I never seen a provider. I’m not sure why they’re saying that I did go to the visit because I did not. I never received the text to join the video visit.

Dr. Ross was wonderful. He treated my toddler like his own and went above and beyond with her care, even after the visit. The office staff was nice too and the waiting room is always clean and has a children's movie on which is entertaining for all of us
