The technology that Liver Right uses actually works!! It helped me communicate with Dr. Lalos after concerning blood results. I was also able to book same day and had a great experience with Dr. Lalos. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions.

Today I had my first new-patient appointment with Dr. Lalos over telemedicine, and I was so impressed. He was prompt, personable, and incredibly thorough. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and made me feel truly cared for.

I used a home liver disease finger-prick blood test that revealed my AST and ALT values are high, and booked 3 days later with Dr. Lalos, who crafted a diagnosis plan and explained it to me very clearly, and answered all my many questions about likely care plans to come if my imminent diagnosis is one of the four stages of liver disease.

I recently had a virtual appointment with this provider and, unfortunately, the experience felt a bit impersonal. While she covered the basics of my symptoms and explained possible next steps, the overall interaction came across as somewhat disengaged. Her tone and body language made it hard to feel that she was fully invested in understanding my concerns.
During the visit, we discussed several lab tests and a new prescription plan. However, when I went to the lab, I learned that none of the test orders had been sent over, which was frustrating.
I do appreciate that she provided a structured plan and offered to follow up once results were available, but I wish the appointment had felt more collaborative. A bit more warmth and engagement could have made a big difference in building trust and confidence in the care process.
Overall, I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The medical plan itself seemed reasonable, but the delivery and follow-through left a lot to be desired.

He was great at listening and educating me on what could be going on. He ordered testing and Labs right away. I felt validated, educated, and that he was going to be able to figure this out or give me a reason for the temporary flair.
