I want to thank Dr. Lokendra Thaler and his staff for an amazing experience! When I came in as a new patient, the wait time and paperwork were minimal, and I was seen right away. The doctor diagnosed my issue immediately and gave me a referral to a specialist. By the time I got to my car, the other office was already calling me! I am truly amazed at how flawless everything was handled from start to finish. Thank you!

I was very intentional when choosing a provider to establish care with, and Nurse Practitioner Wade gave me exactly what I hoped to find.
From the beginning, she truly listened. She allowed me the space to speak, asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to understand what I wanted my goals for my care to be. I never felt rushed or unheard. She gave genuine thought to her responses and recommendations, which made the entire experience feel personal and collaborative.
What stood out to me most was that she also encouraged me to consider my mental health and overall emotional well-being. After the loss of my mom, having a provider acknowledge that part of my health was incredibly refreshing and meaningful.
Nurse Wade was kind, attentive, thoughtful, and made me feel heard. I left feeling confident that I had made the right choice in establishing care with her, and I look forward to continuing my care under her guidance.

Lakosha Wade is a warm, caring, and attentive provider. She is an excellent listener and created a space where I felt comfortable sharing not only my medical history, but also my mental health history and past trauma. I really appreciated that she recognized how these areas can intersect and impact one another rather than treating them as completely separate concerns.
She was thorough, knowledgeable, and provided helpful feedback throughout the visit. I also appreciated her responsiveness—we were able to schedule a follow-up for the very next day so I could address some additional concerns.
The office itself feels a bit cold and clinical aesthetically, with a minimal gray color scheme and cool-toned lighting, but the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Lakosha and felt genuinely heard and cared for.
