Nobody was there, the receptionist wasnt there and some guy was trying to fill in. He was a good guy and friendly. The doctor was not there and didn't show up. Appointment was not made aware to them. Won't be returning.

Very bad experience. Zero professionalism. Do not recommend.
I booked Dr. Mohamed Layak to get some blood work done. Booking was accepted immediately. Went to the appointment and the doctor wasn't available. He had left for the day! No calls/emails were sent to us to let us know that he won't be available. The receptionist tried to get is in with another doctor across the road. She said she called earlier and the doctor was in network and was available. We walk over to the clinic on the opposite side of the road. The receptionist in this other clinic was very rude and told us that the doctor won't be able to see us. We walk back to the original clinic. The receptionist then contacts Dr. Layak who was then available in another clinic in Warren (15 mins away). We go to Warren and eventually get the blood work done. He said he would call in a week to discuss reports, but it has been 2 weeks and nothing. I called several times and no one answers the phone! This is unacceptable behavior!

He was very kind and very understanding. I'm a person in recovery and habe been treated as a disgusting person. I've had a doctor who wouldn't even step near to examine me, I've had health care providers try to make jokes about my recovery, I've been just been treated poorly before on multiple occasions. However, this man was kind and i feel like kindness is lacking in this world. So it was refreshing!
