Living Well Psychotherapy

We are a wellness- and trauma-focused practice with staff trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems and somatic-based practices to release trauma trapped in the body. Our Integrative EMDR approach and diverse team sets us apart in serving clients to heal from trauma, stress, anxiety, depression and other challenges people face in everyday life. Our process is rooted in healing practices that work directly with your nervous system to address trauma, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and relational challenges. We strongly emphasizes overall wellness in terms of mind, body, spirit, and community and are very relationally focused. Relationship often bring us the most joy and pain in our lives and we helps clients heal relationally as well as individually. We ultimately seek to fully restore your capacity to give and accept love, to set boundaries and excel at self-care, and to live a life of purpose and connection. Key facts about our services: We serve children, adolescents and adults We offer In-Person and Telehealth therapy, allowing us to serve Illinois-based clients remotely as needed We accept most major insurances (BCBS PPO, Cigna PPO, Aetna PPO and select United healthcare plans) and we have Northwestern interns that can accept sliding scale and low-cost therapy patients We have a diverse staff to connect with a wide range of clients Availability: We usually are able to a client in within a week or two
