After scheduling your appointment through Zocdoc or Headway, you may receive a registration link from Headway. Please complete the required registration and insurance verification before your appointment can be confirmed. We are not currently accepting Medicare or Medicaid. Payment Responsibility Patients are responsible for applicable copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and other authorized charges. Payment methods on file with Headway may be charged according to Headway's payment authorization and billing policies. Controlled Substance Policy LivingSpring Mind & Wellness does not prescribe Schedule II controlled medications, including stimulants such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, and Concerta.
