Everything was amazing. The office was incredible, and the whole staff were so understanding of my anxiety and were really supportive and caring the whole time. Wait time was instantaneous, and I felt extremely heard. 10/10 recommend across the board!!

Wenli Loo was absolutely amazing. I've gone to a lot of dentists who try to sell me extra services and products to "enhance my smile" (which can be uncomfortable), but she doesn't do that. She's incredibly sweet and professional and does the services you need to get done. She quickly and efficiently filled a giant chip in my tooth, gave me a much-needed cleaning, and I was out the door quickly! No wait or hassle. The one dentist you'll want to go to!

Awesome care, experienced. Came to see her about an infection in back gums. She recommended deep cleaning. I had the uncomfortable procedure done ~3 months ago,(she tried to be as gentle as possible, and always asked me if it hurt too much) and the gum infection hasn't come back.

Cleaning felt rushed, though thorough. It was very messy with water/saliva spraying and dripping all over my face, on my hair, and down my shirt. I've never had a cleaning that was so wet. Although my teeth felt clean after, the rest of me did not. Also, last time I went, no x-rays were taken. It did not seem like a complete exam. They also do not provide goodie bags with toothbrush and floss like the other dentists I've been to in the past.

Dr Loo was fantastic!! With so many options available, it can be tough to select the right dentist in SF. Luckily, I made the right choice with Dr Loo. She was able to make a dental visit painless and pleasant. Also, her chairside manner is top notch. She really took the time to explain all of my treatment options in a way that was easy for me to understand and make an educated decision.
I will definitely be coming back for all of my dental needs!!

Dr. Loo was nice, but you will expect more other than treated nicely after you paid high consultation fees for 15 mins talk.
She made me feel like she can't wait to skip me. AWFUL experience. Never will go back!!!

Wenli is simply fantastic. The only thing I would advise is to keep two pieces of tissue within your reach for extraneous drool :)

Dr. Loo rocks. She is kind, considerate, has a sixth sense for her patients being in pain and makes adjustments right away, and really 'gets' young people like myself who may have to do some saving before paying for procedures that fall outside of a routine checkup/cleaning (cost of things like Invisalign, night guards, deep cleaning/whitening). She patiently walks you through your options and their associated pricing/payment structures.

Dr. Loo was extremely thorough during my cleaning as I had told her it had been about 12 months since my last cleaning. She advised me on treatments I needed and addressed all of the complaints of pain, staining, etc. I had made when first introducing myself and my dental needs. Knowing I had a limited budget outside of my dental insurance coverage, she gave me great options to address some issues now and wait on others, which I really appreciated. Arrive 10 min early to your first appointment to fill out paperwork.

Same day appointment to diagnose a ridiculously painful wisdom tooth. She did a quick X-ray and recommended an extraction. She pulled the tooth out in a relatively painless way and saved me from my misery. Very professional, fast and courteous. I will see her again for follow up and fixing the rest of my dental issues.

I thought she was very down to earth and not sales-y at all. Usually its hard to tell if dentists are telling you the truth but she was pretty trustworthy and professional.
