I arrived for my appointment via video on time; I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes. No communication as to what's going on, if he's running behind, nothing. After leaving, there was no communication afterward to address the fact that he didn't show, I left, etc. Not an organized doctor in my opinion, basic communication is the bare minimum when dealing with people's health.

Dr. Kyle Kalra D.O. is a true "cowboy doctor" in the best way possible—a total straight-shooter who doesn't sugarcoat the facts and treats you with a down-to-earth bedside manner that’s hard to find these days.
