I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, only to be handed six pages of intake paperwork to complete again despite already filling everything out online beforehand.
I then waited over 40 minutes before being called . The staff member conducting intake spent a significant amount of time slowly entering the information from the paperwork into the computer. She asked me to explain medical terms that were already written
I waited another 40 minutes before being taken in for a sonogram, another 15-min wait to finally see a doctor. Instead, I was seen by 2 women who introduced themselves only by their first names. No physical examination was performed. I left without any diagnosis or meaningful explanation.
Most disappointing of all, I did not see the doctor I had scheduled the appointment with 2 months earlier.
Overall, I spent over 90 mins there with no answers, no examination, and no confidence in the care provided. I would not recommend this practice, nor will I return.

Dr. Karthik Gujja and his helpers are highly professional and attentive. They are patient and genuinely care about patients, friendly and efficient, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant, recommended.

As Dr.Guijja was reading my heart test results saying everything was normal, I asked if I could see the results. I have had traumatic experiences with Doctors telling me "everything is fine", then when I ask for a print out of my results and read them, I find multiple concerning diagnosis that they failed to mention. So now I simply ask doctors to show me the results, ask for a print out, and discuss what we see together for better understanding.
Anyway his response to me asking if I may see my results was "Do you have an education in Cardiology?". It was passive aggressive, and honestly made me nervous / uncomfortable. Then without showing me the results (paper still in his hand) he moved to the seat next to me and asked "what are you worried about, you're young". I asked "Why don't you want to show me the results?" To which he silently handed me the paper that revealed 3 leaky heart valves. Then he said "everybody has that, everybody has trace of leaky heart valves".

The wait time was 1hr long but after my dads test and we went in to see the doctor it was worth the wait. He explained the result of both test on point and what would be the next step ..communicate level for me Is a 10 I would definitely recommend him thank you.
