I was very fortunate to have an appointment with Dr. Longa. His availability is very flexible which is great. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I definitely recommend having him as a Dr he is very easy to talk to. I appreciate how open and understanding he is!

I never received any info after booking the appointment. When that appointment time came and the doctor never showed, I called the office number listed on my email confirmation. He had no idea I had an appointment and was completely unaware of the fact he was on the Zocdoc booking appointments. He said he was driving, which it did sound like he was, and asked if he could call me when he stops. I said yes, that would be fine, he gave me the impression he was going to pull over ASAP and give me a call back. However, it's been over two hours. And I have not heard from the doctor. I wasted my whole day waiting for this appointment then waiting for him to call me back like he said he was going to. So, not only was my time wasted, I never got the medical care I needed. Very disappointing. What made it worse was I could not book with another doctor because his appointment was still showing as pending. Now it is late in the day and can't find another Dr. that is available.
