I was treated terrible by this physician. I came in with some wrist issues from an accident I was in, and was not looked at, I was not given instructions on how to proceed, I was told there was no one they could refer me to, I was not told I needed to see an orthopedic doctor, my health conditions were ignored and not written down on my chart.
I asked for a supervisor or any sorts number and name and was not given that. I contacted this office 3 days in a row in fear that I was going to lose my job because it took him 4 extra days to get my paperwork in, even though I was informed that he was going to do it as soon as he got it.
My leave was not even put in as discussed and I’m still missing a whole work week worth of leave.
I was also incorrectly informed of HIPAA laws, that authorizing the ER I was at to send over my medical records was a violation of HIPAA. It is not.
I also informed this doctor that I had not been to a pcp in 6 years, which I feel enabled a lot of this.

Very clean office. Friendly staff. No wait time. The entire visit was very efficient. Dr Shabou was polite and professional. Very personable and thorough with history and background to provide the best recommendations possible during and after my visit.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a PCP.

It’s really difficult nowadays to find providers that actually listen, care, take the extra steps to support you and help you with whatever’s wrong. Dr. Shabou is a wonderful doctor and a rare find. Very grateful to have found such a great doctor.

Dr. Paul Shabou was extremely cordial and professionally attentive. You will sense his competency and his kindness right away and all throughout your appointment with him. He listens and hears you as his patient. He is now my GP. I'm very glad I found him. His medical assistant and staff are also extremely caring and skillful. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate this practice as a 10.

I had my annual physical with Dr Paul Shabou and I was very impressed. The staff was welcoming, the office was clean, and my wait time was minimal. Me and my kids we’re welcomed with opened arms a as a new patients. The doctor was very welcoming and informative and he made sure that he met any need that me and my kids had. He treated us kind and he was very concerned. I would give him 10 starts if I could because this is a nice doctors office and it feels like a family doctor

Dr shabou is great! Easy to get an appointment, zero wait time, professional and competent. He actually listens to you unlike many other medical professionals I’ve dealt with in the past. If you want a doctor who truly cares about his patients, this is the doctor you’re looking for.
