It was my first appointment with Lorna Forbes. I’m very happy to have met her because right away I felt at ease. Her demeanor was calm but I felt warmth. She is a great listener, absorbed everything I said with interest as she asked me to tell my story. She made some comments that were very valuable.
We reviewed my medication and made the next appointment. I am pleased with my first contact with Lorna and am looking to the next.

I felt listened to and truly heard. I went into the appointment with an open mind and was receptive to any suggestions given. A treatment plan was made, and medication was started.
