My doctor was extremely kind and supportive. She always sees me right away and is very quick to send my prescriptions when needed.
I really appreciate that she took the time to explain her recommendations what/why/alternatives. My son is extremely shy and has trouble interacting socially in most situations, but she explained in a way that kept him engaged and a way that he understood her thought process.
She was so very knowledgeable about what I was going through and what I need help with. I truly truly appreciate all of your help and I look forward to my next to.

The appointment was short and to the point, but not overwhelmingly positive. She was friendly enough but when patients are talking about mental health I think it can help to have someone go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and she just jumped right into asking me very personal questions without asking me anything about myself. After brief discussion the appointment was actually cancelled; as I actually needed the services of an MD vs. Nurse Practitioner for the “type” of medication needed. She however, saved me the charge and was understanding of the mix up. All worked out in the end and she was overall wonderful. 10/10 recommended.

Honestly, our first appointment went just fine. Routine even, I had no complaints. However, the day of our follow up appointment she did not show. As far as I know I was supposed to receive a link from her to enter our video portal, and I know our appointment was still scheduled as I received a text reminder 48hrs before. I have heard nothing from her since. I didn’t receive any reason or warning for the missed appointment, and any attempts at contact or scheduling another have been cancelled. This is beyond distressing, and I will be seeking another provider.
I saw her for a second opinion on medications and she explained all of the options I had and sent my refills and new medications to the pharmacy quickly. Very understanding and met my needs.
