Lotus Nest Counseling Services
Observing, at times, that life can seem dim and we become “stuck” in outworn realities. Working with clients on issues that stem from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem, spiritual issues, and life's dilemmas are my preference. Often times, clients become "stuck" in old outworn patterns of thinking and behavior that impacts their relationships and daily functioning. However, clients who are open to dissecting these old narratives and are willing to collaborate to discover new meanings and outlooks will find therapeutic services from Lotus Nest Counseling Services, LLC. beneficial.
Lotus Nest Counseling Services, LLC. vision is based on core values of free-will, empowerment, self-esteem, cultural and spiritual diversity, holistic wellness, and resilience. As an MFT, my clients are treated based upon systemic approaches that may include Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and other applicable modalities.
Lotus Nest Counseling Services, LLC. offers a “nest” for clients to obtain those necessary tools to grow and evolve into the best versions of themselves. Through appropriate therapy modalities and setting treatment goals, my hope is that clients will achieve this mission on their therapeutic journey.
