I’m Jacki Caballero, LCSW, owner of Lotus Teletherapy and Counseling Services. I specialize in providing virtual psychotherapy for adolescents, young adults, and women in New Jersey and New York who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. With over 20 years of experience, I create a safe, culturally sensitive space where clients can explore their strengths and navigate their healing journey. I accept a variety of insurance carriers, as well as self-pay options, to ensure that therapy is accessible to those who need it. In addition to individual therapy, I offer supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs), focusing on professional development through case discussions, ethical guidance, and cultural understanding.
NOTE: I am licensed to practice in the States of NJ and NY only. I can see clients that participate in the following Commercial insurances where I am licensed to practice:
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of New York, Cigna in NJ and NY, Quest Behavioral Health in NY, and Aetna in NY and NJ.
Unfortunately, I do not participate in any Medicaid or Medicare plans. Please check your insurance information before booking to avoid cancellation and incurring $110 cancellation fee.
