My experience with this doctor felt a bit off. It seemed like she was more focused on selling her services than actually addressing my skin concerns. Because my deductible was high, I ended up paying a lot—but the quality of the appointment didn’t match the cost. I honestly didn’t get much value out of it.

Bak is very professional, but at the same time, engaging with her client in a friendly manner. She tries to work and make sure her client would feel better during and after the treatment. Strongly recommend !!!

Before I went into the room, she made sure that I was comfortable and mentally at ease before entering.
