I never received the video link for my appointment and received no answer when I called and left messages! I still have not heard from this office!

Something I’ve never experienced with a therapist before the intake session, is having a consult. That made all the difference in getting to know if she would be someone I would want to talk to. She asks the right questions and explains why certain changes would be beneficial in an extremely impactful way. She knows how to do this to someone in a fragile state and offer hope. Speaking with her im the consultation and intake session has already altered my outlook.
