Founded by Dr. Dana Mincer, DO, a Board-Certified Family Physician and Lifestyle Medicine specialist, and joined by Family Nurse Practitioner Chloe Ruschmeyer, FNP-C, who is pioneering our new Doylestown location, we are reimagining primary care to feel more human, more ethical, and more whole. We are a mission-based practice built on integrity, transparency, and deep respect for the sacred humanity of every person we serve. Our guiding belief is simple: healthcare should serve people, not profit systems. We practice medicine free from the pressures and distortions of the insurance industry — what we fondly call “the health insurance cartel.” By removing these intermediaries, we’ve reclaimed the sacred doctor–patient relationship. Our only commitment is to you, the patient — not to corporate metrics, rushed visits, or billing codes. That said, you can still use your health insurance for everything else — labs, imaging, prescriptions, specialist visits, and hospital care. We simply don’t take money from insurance companies ourselves, so we can remain fully independent, ethical, and focused on what actually matters: your health and your humanity. We’re also committed to making concierge-level care affordable and accessible. Our pricing is simple, ethical, and reasonable — because great care shouldn’t be a luxury. We offer New Patient appointments at our Doylestown location for $199. These visits are intentionally unhurried and deeply personal — they feel unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before. We take time to listen, connect, and understand your story in full context, honoring the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit. We practice integrative medicine that blends conventional, lifestyle, and functional approaches, rooted in evidence and guided by the body’s natural capacity to heal. We believe in autonomy, honesty, and the idea that you have one chance to move through this lifetime in this body — so your care should honor that sacred opportunity. After your initial visit, ongoing care is provided through our affordable monthly membership, which includes unlimited visits and direct, personal access to your provider. We don’t want our patients sitting in urgent care or feeling unseen — that’s why every member receives direct cell phone access to their clinician for timely, thoughtful guidance whenever needed.
