I spoke with this Dr., Explained my issues and needs. Being 57 yrs old and my physician of over 20 yrs passed. He agreed to call in atenolol & CARISOPRODOL. Got to pharmacy & he called in flexeral which never has worked for me yet I payed for the appt & the rx that doesn’t work. He lied to me.

Absolutely horrible experience! They can't even write a medical certificate for your employer. I had to follow-up several times via E-Mail and phone about everything. Insane amounts of stress that come on top of being sick already.
The Dr. gave me medical advice during our meeting and when I followed-up later, he suddenly denied what he said and it was all just "miscommunication".
The worst part, however, is the unprofessional and rude staff. They don't reply to E-Mails or in the ZocDoc app and on the phone, they won't let you finish a single sentence without interrupting you. The "service" is non-existent. They take your cash and it's the patients job to take care of everything else.
0/10 - You're not treated like a patient but a guinea pig.

The doctor never showed up. He was 20 min late and I had to call. I spoke to a nurse and explained i needed a referral. She promised to send it within the hour. She did not.

Doctor was great but I had to call 4 days straight to correct the pharmacy. I was told by multiple office staff that it was done when it wasn’t. Not typical but make sure you’re following up with them.
