The staff was very friendly and professional. At check in I was told right away the the doctor I had books was unfortunately delayed but they asked if I was OK seeing another practitioner; they showed me they are considerate of their patients. They were also able to draw my blood there which was convenient.

I had to call the office at 11 to get a link for the video call while my appointment was at 11 sat in video for a few minutes before the nurse practitioner ended up calling me and saying that they couldn’t get into the video call with me and then I got ordered to do bloodwork but then when I called the office back to get information on where to go to get the blood work they said they would email never emailed me and then I finally just got my referral for the GI ? a few few days later
