It is rare to find a clinician with such a meticulous eye; Dr. Benjamin Lu spent a significant amount of time perfecting the microscopic details to ensure my results were nothing short of seamless.
What truly impressed me, however, was how comfortable the entire journey was. Dental work can often feel clinical or rushed, but this office has mastered the patient experience. From the calming atmosphere of the clinic TVs to the genuine warmth of the staff, I felt completely at ease in the chair. Every team member is attentive, professional, and clearly dedicated to patient care.

This was a very pleasant experience. I usually hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Lu was very friendly & made me feel calm. It was very busy, but I was seen in a fair amount of time and got my appointment done quickly.

I was impressed the moment I entered. His pts represented a diverse range of socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, and racial/ethnic identities, which speaks to the office's ability to serve the local community. While waiting, I observed staff communicating in multiple languages and helping pts with scheduling appts, making referrals, and explaining insurance changes with compassion and clarity. This office’s pre-screening was the most comprehensive I've had; Dr. Lu was exceptionally thorough, addressing each of my concerns with care and professionalism. As a new pt, I appreciated how knowledgeable, transparent, and patient the entire team was. Everyone took the time to clearly explain their process, address specific dental issues, and detailed what was covered by insurance. They even accommodated me for my cavity fillings right after my cleaning. I also got a referral to an oral surgeon to address my questions about wisdom tooth removal. Overall, I'd highly recommend this office.

Dr. Benjamin Lu used digital planning and a surgical guide for my procedure, and it was the most efficient and painless dental experience I’ve ever had. The check in was seamless and the assistants were very attentive to getting me seated and making sure I was comfortable.
