Dr. LuAnne is great! She asked about my questions through a phone call before she confirmed my appointment. She has a very good bed manner. To address my health concerns, she made a detailed plan for my case. She is very patient to answer all my questions and followed up with me regularly. Definitely recommend!
Dr LuAnne is phenomenal. She is a rare breed of doctor in New York that truly cares about her patients well being and health. She listens intently and follows up with solutions. I had a health scare she took very seriously and right away I got the care I needed. Thank you again so much Dr LuAnne!

It's been a long time since I had a person whom I would call "my doctor", but I have found this person In Dr. Codella. She immediately puts one at ease, and seeks to see the whole patient. I am VERY disappointed in this Doctor and my experience with ZocDoc. The whole point of using this service is for the convenience and to find great doctors by weeding out the bad ones! I sought out Dr. Codella because she had good reviews about her being warm and caring. I wanted to avoid any kind of rude or negligent doctors and have an overall good experience at a doctor's visit. Her in person demeanor was so gruff and dismissive. It was a cold natured experience and I will definitely be in search for a new doctor. I hope it was just me catching her on a bad day and she doesn't continue to treat others the way I was treated. You are a doctor and need to be kind and compassionate with all patients and their family!
