Gilberto Barciela, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Founder of Lucid Mind Psychiatry, an independent psychiatric practice serving adults throughout Florida via telepsychiatry. Gilberto was amazing. I've had a few psychiatrists before, they take notes and ask vague questions; Gilberto is different. He spent time TALKING to me, getting to know me, asking follow up questions, and offering suggestions. He went far above the standard practice of collecting basic details and out the door.
