She is accommodating and makes appointments quick and easy while still ensuring everything is explained clearly, all questions are answered, and future appointments are scheduled. She does an amazing job communicating with me, my insurance provider, and my pharmacy to make sure I never have to worry about getting my medication in a timely manner and without issue. Horrible!
I met for a refill on a prescription, which she said she sent. The pharmacy didn’t have it and I spent a week without my medication, calling, emailing and leaving her messages. No answer!!! She was very clear and quick to take my credit card information :/
Had to go to another provider finally.
This is completely unacceptable

She is amazing! Super thorough but listens to you. She takes the time to educate you on alternatives for care you might not have thought of, and goes into detail more than other providers I’ve seen. An overall gem!
