Luem Therapy
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the states of California, New York, and New Jersey.
I provide individual psychotherapy to clients struggling with a wide range of difficulties, including symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, or other mood disturbances, as well as addictions and more serious mental illnesses. I also work with individuals seeking to enhance their relationships or find meaning in their lives. Additionally, I provide couples therapy for couples struggling with a variety of issues, including wounds from infidelity, intimacy or sexual issues, and poor communication.

Working with Sarah has been transformative. She exudes nurturing energy, has a great memory, and is gifted in her ability to see things and make connections. Although I was seeking help, I was initially fearful opening up about trauma and other intimate parts of myself that I was incredibly ashamed of. Sarah has created a safe place for me to do that. I now feel inspired and courages in my pursuit of healing, and that something good is coming out of bad things that have caused suffering for so long. Parts of me that were inaccessible and shut down for years have come alive again. I experience more self worth, love, peace, joy, connection, spirituality, and all around freedom in my life thanks to working with Sarah.
