The best kind of dental experience is the kind that seamlessly combines technical expertise and compassionate human touch. Juan Carlos Fernandez and his staff are not just some of the best dental professionals I have been served by, they have also created a space and service that put me at ease, made me feel listened to and addressed my needs. At no point did I feel neglected or like "one more patient." Rather, I felt like my comfort was the most important thing. Juan Carlos and his staff also made me feel included in my dental treatment. By walking me through the processes and making them easy to understand, I felt safe during the procedures and empowered to take ownership of my dental health after the visit. Perhaps most importantly to me is that I noticed that this treatment is offered to everyone who walks through the doors of Luminous Dental. Every patient is held in the highest regard and no task is too small to approach it with the highest level of professionalism and attention to details.
