Best experience. I went at 11am on Saturday. There was no wait. The doctor was super friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about the entire process. Picking a pair of glasses was equally enjoyable. Dr Ahmed was so helpful and understood what I was looking for. I usually hate this process but the whole appointment took less than 1 hour. Will definitely be back!

I was welcomed very warmly and explained what I needed to fill out. I was offered help if I needed it. The office is beautiful and clean very pristine, which is great to see for an eye doctor office. And the doctor was very nice and explaining everything to me, asked if I had any questions and reassured me. If my eye condition gets worse, he’ll recommend the best. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

It was great to hear how caring he was to his job with patients. You can definitely feel it when you have your appointment with him.
His brother as well, that checked me in during my appointment, was very kind and did such a great job with cleaning my glasses!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Murad Zayed and his staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and didn't wait long at all. The eye exam that I received was for contacts and had my old prescription for his records. Dr Zayed noticed that I had dry eyes and inflammation in both eyes. He prescribed a different brand of contacts and gave me some good advisor on what to do for my dry eyes and the inflammation. Dr Zayed treated me like a patient and was concern about my sight. I would recommend Dr Zayed to friends and family.

The compassion of the doctors assistant and doctor , the selection of glasses the lenses that were available how quickly they moved to get me seen the amount of knowledge was unmeasurable compared to other eye doctors I have seen in The past. This was by far the best experience I had for my eyes. I trust this doctor with my eyes and will see him again as my regular eye doctor. I will definitely be back! This is the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctor and I’ve worn glasses for almost 40 years. Dr. Z was very thorough and took the time to explain each part of the exam and what it showed. We discovered my prescription has been wrong for years! If you are looking for a great eye doctor and office staff that will treat you like a person and not a number (like the big eye care chains), I highly recommend Luminous Vision Care!
