Attention FLORIDA Residents: I CANNOT PRESCRIBE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES IN YOUR STATE, ONLY MY PRIMARY CURRENT STATE OF MA for now (Google "Ryan Haight Act" for details); should that change, I will post so here. Outpatient Telepsychiatry. As an out of network provider, I have been told, as recently as March 2022 by patients that out-of-pocket costs for certain insurances (Blue Cross PPO or Tufts health Premier PPO, for example) are in-line or equal to what they would pay an in-network provider, but please do not take my word for it, so Google “Luminous Vitality Behavioral Health,” check out the "fees/insurance" section that instructs you precisely what you should ask your insurance company for details on reimbursement of Out of network benefits. Should they reply “we don’t have enough information to answer that,” that part of my page has the CPT codes (ex. 99205 w/95 modifier) to clap back at them with for more information! You deserve to know ahead of time! No shock bills after!
