Great service from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and the front desk staff and assistant were warm and welcoming. Dr.Ledesma is gentle, caring, and patient, and they even took me in early. I felt really well taken care of.

So far I've only been to Luna for one cleaning, but my experience so far has been great. The office was newly remodeled and felt very comfortable, the front desk person was very welcoming, and Dr. Chung was knowledgeable and efficient.

Dr. Chung is one of the best dentists I have had. He is attentive, focused, present, and mindful. He constantly checks in on me when he is doing any work on my teeth so that I never feel pain. He will focus just on me when he is seeing me and will not leave until he is done with all work. If I ask clarification questions, he provides insightful responses and post-visit care instructions that are easy to understand for those not well versed in the medical field. I like that he is proactive about the work you need done and will suggest dental work that you genuinely need to upkeep your dental health without the pressure of feeling like it’s being sold. If I have questions after my visit, Dr. Chung will respond within a timely manner. He goes above and beyond what I expected from a dentist and he genuinely cares to make his patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and set up for success for their dental health. I highly recommend Dr. Chung, especially if you’re nervous.

Dr. Michael Chung is a refreshing change from most dental experiences I have had. Too many practices feel built around maximizing revenue per patient rather than doing what is right. Dr. Chung is the opposite. He is clearly very experienced, takes real pride in his work, and puts the patient first. He explains procedures thoughtfully, walks you through your options, and never over treats or pressures you into anything unnecessary. In my case, that included correcting mistakes made by previous dentists who were not only less skilled but seemed more focused on billing than on outcomes. His precision and attention to detail are exceptional. Caring, patient centric, and genuinely excellent at what he does. It is rare to find a dentist with this level of skill who also puts the patient ahead of the practice. Highly recommend.

Dr Chung gave me a refreshing experience. Until now I’ve been used to dentists who care about nothing else than maximising profit from each patient. Dr Chung is genuinely patient centric in all he does. He mindfully explains any issues, provides options, does not pressure you into procedures just to make extra money, and has an exceptional attention to detail. It’s clear he is passionate about his work and takes pride what he does….which in my case included fixing mistakes from past dentists! It’s rare to find a dentist you know you can trust to do the right thing, and do it with exceptional precision.
