My experience was very positive from the moment I was checked in to the time I left. The office staff was very professional, the check-in nurse was very kind, and the doctor was very proficient. I needed to have a suspicious mole removed and the doctor (Dr.Lux) made me feel at ease and calmed my fears.

This is a professionally run office. I only had to wait about 10 minutes to be taken into an exam room and then about 5 before the doctor came in. He was efficient and considerate during the treatment which hurt (necessarily because a bump on my face had to be removed). I was very happy with the outcome.

I was asked to rescheduled to come 1 hr earlier than my original appt the day before, was an inconvenience. But other than that I’m happy I didn’t let that make me cancel my appointment. When I got there staff was friendly. I was seen almost right when I got there. Dr Lauren is great! She educated me on my concerns and took action to give my treatment right there. Was friendly and I didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend lux dermatology and will be going back.

I would firstly thanks lauren for briefly examining me and working on my issues related to skin problems and also doing biopsy and blood work to determine the root cause for the issues present in my body. i will continue to visit her to get myself examined. i truly appreciate her team and her work ethic. The staff at Lux were so friendly and I was able to be seen as a new patient right away. Stephanie was truly the best and so knowledgable. Not only was she kind but she listened to all my concerns and thoroughly reviewed my options. My appointment wait time was actually really efficient and surprisingly quick! Elisabeth was super professional, but also very down-to-earth, which made the whole experience even better. She asked a lot of questions, which made me feel like she was listening and being really thorough. What stuck with me was how thorough Elisabeth was and action oriented! I would , absolutely go back. In fact, I’m scheduled to go back in 3 months. It feels great to have that peace of mind, that someone actually cares and understands. It was definitely worth the drive time for me!

I was able to complete a very thorough health history on line before my visit. I was sent several reminders before my visit. Very little paperwork was required in the office when I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. NP Elliot and her staff were kind and personable.
