The office staff notified me with great reminders up until my visit so I felt I was expected and ready with all paper work and questions prior to the visit. The office staff was pleasant and courteous and acknowledged me right away and answered all my further questions. The dermatologist sat next to upon entering the room and introduced himself and asked for my input on my concerns about my care and what I would like to be examined. He was so calm upon examining me and very thorough. He was able to diagnose and complete all procedures with explanation. His bedside manner was so respectful. I was so pleasantly surprised and will remain in his care.

This is a professionally run office. I only had to wait about 10 minutes to be taken into an exam room and then about 5 before the doctor came in. He was efficient and considerate during the treatment which hurt (necessarily because a bump on my face had to be removed). I was very happy with the outcome.
