We have always believed that a smile can change the world. We opened Luxe Rx with the intention of bringing more smiles to patients’ faces, improving patients’ oral health, and making dentistry a luxurious and calming experience. We wanted a place where dentistry was curated and personalized for each client. So often dentistry is isolated from our overall health, but it is just as important and just as connected to the rest of our body. We wanted to look at dentistry as an extension of one’s medical health, rather than separate from it. From there the concept for Luxe Rx was born; a place where smiles, healthcare, and luxury meet.

Dr. Pole was so kind! I had not been to a dentist in years do to my lack of insurance, but Dr. Pole was able to complete my fillings with ease. The office receptionists and nurse were top notch and eager to help (shoutout to Luz). I will be returning for a cleaning and I actually look forward to it!

Everything about the cleaning and checkup was great, the dentist and hygienist both clearly explained and showed me my x-rays and scans to ensure I understood what was happening. Overall, a great experience!

Was seen by a different provider than the one i booked which was odd, also fluoride isn't included in the cleaning which I've never heard of. A very aesthetically beautiful place but made me question the actual dentistry given the fluoride.

Extremely smooth process - the office and staff were lovely, as was Dr Wong. I went in to fix a filling that broke off (my usual dentist was away and familiar with Luxe RX). The staff called me shortly after I made my appointment to double check the reason for the appointment and shared the clear processes and next steps, and followed up as needed. Dr Wong was also very quick and precise with her work - it was done super quickly and she was also very friendly. I was in and out within 1hr 15mins - I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

I had a phobia of going to the dentist which is why I rarely visit dentists and haven't gone to one before my last appointment in probably about a decade. But today's experience exceeded my expectations. The experience starts with the receptionists which are very professional, well-mannered and treated me very well. Dr. Chan's manners are impeccable and the staff is professional , I got 2 fillings today and the experience was as good as you could hope for! I even got a goodie bag as a gift! If I have to go to a dentist again, Dr. Chan will be my first option! I give Dr. Chan and his staff and his entire practice, the highest recommendations!
