The experience was great. Unfortunately, the swab tested (false) negative… another trip to the walk-in clinic and then finally the ER showed that my daughter was actually positive. Not sure if the test was misread or if it just didn’t detect the virus because it was a rapid test and not PCR.

Great experience with expresscare Bethlehem township. It's very convenient being able to reserve a spot online and being able to see a doctor within hrs of making the appointment. Excellent service, the staff was very nice and professional.

Everyone at the facility was friendly from the person who checked me in to the PA who took my vitals and the reason for my visit. Dr was warm and friendly and reassured me when the visit was ending that if there was anything else that I needed that I was not to hesitate to contact them.

My experience at urgent care macungie was a good one. Got appointment quick and staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t have to wait to long. The PA that saw me was Rachael she was great so nice and listened to my concerns as to why I came for visit. She gave me her medical advice and I left feeling good. She said if by next week I don’t feel better reach out to her. Thanks Rachael

I thought the front desk person was very nice and friendly.
I did have a little problem with understanding the nurse do to her language issues but the doctor was very good and explained everything.
This was my first time EVER using a walk in care place because I'm so against it but I can say that I was very pleased and would definitely use this LVHjefferson walk in again.

I'm a pretty anxious and panicky guy and usually find these types of visits uncomfortable, but this visit actually went very well. I did not know this provider at all but she had a very welcoming vibe. I was able to get right to the point and she was very helpful and listened. Give her 10 stars ????

The NP (Rachel S.) was great with my child. Very thorough and knowledgeable and made him feel very comfortable while treating his fractured arm. Staff all stayed past their closing time to tend to him which was unexpected and much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to others.
