Everyone was great but the doctor was rude. After he told me my 2 options for treatment (which are extreme) he stared me down without a stitch of empathy. I asked him if those were my only options and he said "Well, there's a third option. The third option is you live with it." I've never been spoken to that way by a doctor, especially by a specialist!
The second red flag for me was when he was examining my hand. After he bent back the injured finger until it hurt and I flinched and said "That hurts!", he continued to bend the same finger repeatedly without any hesitation or explanation. He'd already told me what was wrong so the extra bending seemed spiteful and unnecessary. I wish I was exaggerating when I say he continued to bend my finger at least 10x after I told him it hurt.
Out of curiosity I looked up my ailment on tiktok after the appointment and learned more specific details and techniques on there than on my appointment with this doctor. Lackluster and possibly prejudiced.

I have been seen by two other doctors at this place and he was the only one that scene my x-ray and showed me where he says I could have a rip in a tendon or a tear in the muscle area and when I was at the checkout area the woman got all the arrangements scheduled for the tests he wanted me to get in a short time. I am hopefully he finds and corrects the problem so I don’t have any more pain.

I got there early and thought I’d have paperwork to complete because I was a first time patient. However, because I completed the paperwork online the night before the visit, I didn’t have anything to fill out. I also was informed that my insurance covered the visit. I waited for maybe 5 minutes and was taken to an exam room before my appointment time. I saw the doctor right away and he was able to answer all of my questions and prescribed physical therapy and an MRI. I was able to get scheduled for the MRI and my follow up visit during check out. My appointment was scheduled for 8:15 and I was out by 8:45 with everything scheduled and all of my paperwork ready to go. On the drive home, I was contacted to set up a physical therapy appointment for an office closer to my house. I’ve been treated at different health facility and waited over a hour for the doctor. This experience was amazing.
