Unexpected visit, friendly and helpful staff! They were polite and went above and beyond. Sadly, this level of service is rare these days. The two-hour drive was worth it for the outstanding service I received today.

Upon arriving, I was not greeted nor acknowledged by the check-in receptionist. She had a person on hold on the phone but didn’t even acknowledge me or let me know that I should give her a minute. I stood there looking and feeling confused. Another team member saw me waiting and directed me to another receptionist on the check-out side. I arrived early to my appointment but was not seen until 10 minutes after my scheduled time. Despite those inconveniences, the medical assistant and doctor were very kind. Dr. Williams did not rush through my appointment. I was very nervous at first but started to feel relaxed as I realized I was not being judged by her. She took her time to hear and understand my concerns and ensured that we addressed everything. Her communication was clear and effective. She was able to elaborate on any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Dr. Williams. Side note: I also love that the HNL Lab is located in the same building.

Dr. Inga was nothing short of amazing. She listened to everything I had to say, and we were on the exact same page from the start.
