Dr. Daye-Lee is direct but very personable. Her demeanor put me at ease - I felt comfortable asking questions and openly discussing my concerns. She is on time for our sessions and when we meet, she is prepared. She also communicates well (via the practice's patient portal) and it is very easy contact her outside of our appointments. I am glad I chose her as my provider.
