Very thankful for my time with Maria. She was a great listener and made me feel very comfortable sharing my experience. She asked questions and seemed genuinely interested in my health and well being. She helped me identify some of the feelings I couldn’t articulate and helped me find a solution and pathway to relief. I will continue seeing Maria. She was very patient and kind. We went over our scheduled time due to technical difficulties and she made sure we got the full hour at the end.

I was pretty nervous before my appointment with Maria but I’m so glad I scheduled one with her. She asked me all different types of questions to understand where I was at which I really appreciated. She was very attentive to my wants and needs, and even concerns, ?when it came to prescribing medication. She’s also very thorough with any possible side effects that my medication can cause which I really appreciated. It definitely seemed like she cared about me as a person outside of just being a patient. This was my first time seeing a psychiatrist and I could not recommend Maria enough. ?

I have been (ironically) procrastinating getting diagnosed with ADHD for about a year now and there have been many set backs mainly with no doctor near me taking my insurance. I finally made it over to Zocdoc with a next day appointment and I finally got diagnosed with ADHD.

I’ve never had such an unpleasant and unhelpful experience with a healthcare provider. Mary was glaring at me the moment she joined our video call, and was completely dismissive of and disinterested in hearing about my experiences. She made no effort to ask questions or gather additional information about my symptoms after hearing my initial description, and instead coldly wrote me off and sent me on my way as soon as she could. She offered no insight or guidance regarding my situation whatsoever. I got absolutely nothing out of this appointment.
